The dispenser (401) comprises a container (401a) and a cylindrical dispenser head (402) containing a product dispensing channel (403). The container neck (401B) has a thread (401C) which mates with the dispenser head internal thread (422). The dispenser head is closed by a circular plate (424) having hinge (440) by which a cover (450) is connected to the head. When the cover is closed, its sealing skirt (454) clips around the dispensing channel. The cover is made a piece of deformable elastomeric material (405) moulded onto a rigid part (410) incorporating a seat (415). The rigid part has a moulded faster (417) on the elastomeric section.
