摘要

The preparing method of plant cell producing interlukin-6 (IL-6) protein includes the steps of : (a) inserting IL-6 gene to gene transporter of converting a character of higer plants; (b) introducing recompounded DNA to agrobacterium tumefaciens; (c)selecting agrobacterium tumefaciens containing IL-6 gene; (d) infecting plants with the tumefaciens. The plant is nicotina tibacum W38 (KCTC0046BP), tobacco cell. And the recompouded DNA is pBSK-1/IL-6.
