The system performs multistage super-imposition by the brightness of a camera instead of the existing binary super-imposition. Brightness signal levels passes by a low pass filter(10) and a synchronous TIP clamp device(11) and a brightness signal level discriminator(12) discriminates the brightness signal levels into multistage by the corresponding levels of the basis signal. Color saturation convertor(13) varies the color saturation of image signal generated from a matrix device(6) by the discrimination output of the brightness signal level discriminator(12) and puts it into a title mixer(2).
