PURPOSE:To obtain the title film which is free from cracking even when subjected to stress and from bubbling due to decomposition gas and is useful as a coating material for an electroluminescent element, by providing the film with specified infrared absorption characteristics. CONSTITUTION:A polychlorofluoroethylene film which has a ratio of infrared absorbance A at 1783cm<-1> to infrared absorbance B at 2276cm<-1>, A/B, of at most 0.35. Preferably, a layer of a hotmelt adhesive composed essentially of an ethylene/glycidyl methacrylate copolymer and/or an ethylene/glycidyl methacrylate/vinyl acetate random terpolymer is provided on the surface of the film to form a laminate. |
