The present invention provides a food adhesive containing a transglutaminase, a protein powder and finely divided silicon dioxide as active ingredients. This food additive is adhered to the bonding surface of a food material such as animal meat, fish meat, shells, eggs, vegetables or the like as a thin layer and exhibits a strong adhesion strength in a small amount. The bonded food produced by the food adhesive of the present invention is excellent in terms of taste and flavor. |
