<p>Relatively movable first and second mold support structures (P, Q) of an injection molding machine are each provided at a main face thereof with recess means (7b, 16b) for receiving a plurality of removable mold devices (8,17) having oppositely facing molding surface portions, of respective mold cavities (17a, 8b), the structures (P, Q) also having key-ways (7a, 16a) extending parallel to the said main face, in which key members (9, 9a) are selectively movable between mold device locking and release positions, the devices also being located and supported at the locking position, by pins (21) and magnets (22). The mold devices (17) preferably each include an ejection mechanism (17c, 17d, 17e) having a movable ejection member (17e), actuated by a control mechanism (19c, 19d, 19e) of the assembly, to project through a molding surface portion (17a) of the mold device (17) to displace therefrom a molded product. <IMAGE></p> |
