The new conductive base matrix for tacky tape consist of the net fabrics which is combined with cotton and synthetic fiber for warp and weft thread, and conductive fine denier made by aluminium, iron or carbon fiber. The tacky tape is prepared by forming the tacky layer and thermoplastic resin layer on this conductive base matrix. This tacky tape can dissipate the internal electrostatic in brown tube of TV by contacting the conductive ceramic coating material of brown tube surface.
