The head includes two magnetic poles (10,10') which are separated by a gap (12), and an underlying conductor (11) for induction of flux in the magnetic circuit completed through the substrate (3). A closed loop is formed with a control conductor (21) deposited on the substrate and overlaid with a magnetic element (20) This provides coupling of the portions of substrate (30,30') flanking the portion (31) under the conductor. A plate (4) bonded under the substrate contains a groove (40) for the winding (41) which has sufficient turns to induce a strong current in the loop (21,11). |
