PURPOSE: To provide a noodle cooling basket which makes it hard to generate the adhesion of the slime of boiled noodle, capable of preventing the adhesion and propagation of bacteria, and makes the contact area with boiled noodle as small as possible to improve drainage. CONSTITUTION: The noodle cooling basket attached to a transfer means to be transferred through a cooling water tank is constituted by a flat reticulated member 16 formed by subjecting a net material formed from metal wire rods 17, 18 to rolling processing so as to crush the intersections 17a, 18a of the wire rods 17, 18 to integrally bond the wire materials in a flat state. |
