PURPOSE: To clean and repair the interior of a boiling tank in an extremely easy manner by supporting the whole of a noodle container feed device containing a running part in the boiling tank on a support frame and by making the support frame movable up and down. CONSTITUTION: This noodle boiling apparatus consists of an upwardly opened boiling tank 2 and a noodle container feed device 4 wherein a large number of water permeable noodle containers 10 are attached to an endless chain 9 trained over a plurality of sprocket wheels 8a-8f to be guided along a predetermined route. The feed device 4 is supported on a support frame 5 which is held so as to be made liftable by a support frame lift means 6. A running part 4a in the boiling tank 7 of the feed device 4 is taken in and out of the boiling tank 2 by raising and lowering the support frame 5 and exposed to the outside of the boiling tank 2 in such a state that the support frame 5 is held to a rising position to be positioned above the boiling tank 2 and positioned within the boiling tank 2 in such a state that the support frame 5 is held to a falling position. |
