<p>PURPOSE: To rapidly obtain required data by segmenting the bottom of a bioreactor tank to plural areas and making the respective areas independently aeratable, thereby constituting the device in such a manner that the spreading history of activation between the respective areas and in the entire area is recognized from measurement data. CONSTITUTION: Sludge is charged into the bioreactor tank 1 and a bottom structural body 1a communicating therewith respectively and thereafter, aeration is started by transmitting a start signal to an air pump 11 via a control unit from a computer. At this time, the inside of the bottom structural body 1a is segmented by partition walls 1b to the many areas. Opening degree command signals are respectively transmitted from a computer via a converter and control unit to respective flow rate regulating valves V1 to V8 of respective aeration systems. Further, the aeration flow rates of the respective aeration systems are respectively measured by respective flow meters F12 to F18 and are transmitted backward to the computer. A dissolved oxygen concn. and required oxygen quantity are respectively calculated in the computer and the aeration rate of the second time is determined according thereto.</p> |
