<p>PURPOSE: To obtain a laminate excellent in heat resistance, fire retardancy, lightweight properties, rigidity and heat insulating properties by performing heating integral molding without using an adhesive. CONSTITUTION: A laminate is constituted of a plurality of highly rigid plates 12, 13 and the novolac type pohenol resin foam layer 11 integrally bonded to the highly rigid plates 12, 13. The phenol resin foam layer 11 is constituted by arranging a powder consisting of a novolac resin, a curing agent and a foaming agent on the highly rigid plate 12 to preheat and partially melt the same to weld the molten powder to the highly rigid plate and arranging the other highly rigid plate at the position holding the welded powder to heat and integrate the whole.</p> |
