PURPOSE: To improve the operability and efficiency of transportation of soy sauce mash to the fermentation tanks in order in the mash transportation piping structure connecting the soy sauce mash preparation tank to the soy sauce mash fermentation tanks. CONSTITUTION: A multipoint connection 10 mainly comprising branch connection pipes 6 is set between the primary transportation pipes 3 extended from the soy sauce mash preparation tank 1 and the secondary pipes 5 extended from the fermentation tanks 2. The branch connection pipes 6 are tightly, rotatably and freely forward and backward movably connected through its lowermost opening 6B to the outlet end 7 of the primary pipe 3 and equipped with a moving mechanism 17. Further, the uppermost opening 6A of the branching connection pipe 6 selects one of the receiving openings 8 of the secondary transportation pipes arranged on the same periphery of a circle having the center on the center line of the outlet end 7, and has a curved shape which can be liquid- tightly connected to the receiving opening 8 in the forward position, thus the soy sauce mash transported to one of the fermentation tanks 2 is selected by the branching connection pipe 6. |
