PURPOSE: To obtain an anti-inositol 1,4,5-triphosphate (IP3 ) receptor type 2 monoclonal antibody and an anti-inositol-1,4,5-triphosphate receptor type 3 monoclonal antibody each of which is useful for judging the subtypes of expressed inositol 1,4,5-triphosphate and controlling their functions on cell diagnosis or tissue diagnosis. CONSTITUTION: A monoclonal antibody recognizing the epitope from 2687 amino acid to 2701 amino acid from the N-terminus of the IP3 receptor type 2, but not IP3 receptors types 1 and 3, a monoclonal antibody recognizing the epitope from 2657 amino acid to 2671 amino acid of the IP3 receptor type 3, but not IP3 receptors types 1 and 2, and a monoclonal antibody recognizing the epitope from 2410 amino acid to 2424 amino acid of the IP3 receptor type 3, but not the IP3 receptors types 1 and 2, and the hybridomas producing these antibodies are provided. |
