PURPOSE: To measure the vital information stabilized during sleeping and to immediately check this information when getting up. CONSTITUTION: Bedding 7 is equipped with a health measuring apparatus for measuring the health information during sleeping and a health control apparatus 12 for controlling and outputting the data of this health measuring apparatus. As a result, the measurement of the vital information in the mentally and physically stable state during sleeping is made possible and the immediate checking of this data by the health control apparatus with which the bedding 7 is equipped is made possible when getting up.
