PURPOSE: To surely set stretch quantity of a seat belt by folding up the belt at the part locked with a belt lock member and continuously winding it up around the fold-up part. CONSTITUTION: An end 2 of a seat belt 1 is prevented from being pulled out by a pull-out prevention pin 3 in such a state as being inserted into a slit 12. After the seat belt 1 is clockwise wound around the shaft part 11 of a bobbin 10 approximately one time, it is folded up in such a state as wound around a pin 20, which is a belt lock member, by reversing 180 deg. and counterclockwise wound this time around the shaft part 11 of the bobbin 10 several times. Though the pin 20 is counterclockwise pulled by the seat belt 1 then, the width of a groove 15 is a little narrower than the diameter of the pin 20 so that the pin 20 does not enter into the groove 15 in an ordinary state of using the seat belt winding device and the stretch quantity of the seat belt 1 can be surely set. |
