PURPOSE: To extend the lifetime of a bladder by suppressing the peeling of a release coating layer. CONSTITUTION: Unvulcanized rubber is introduced into a vulcanizing apparatus 2 consisting of molds 4, 6, 8 to be formed into a bladder B which is, in turn, subjected to heat treatment for a definite time in a heat treatment chamber and a release coating layer is formed on the surface of this bladder. |
