摘要

PURPOSE: To obtain a molding excellent in quality by solving the point at issue it a sintering process generated when fluoroplastic is added to an aromatic polyimide resin to perform molding. CONSTITUTION: A powder of an aromatic polyimide resin compsn. prepared by adding fluoroplastic to an aromatic polyimide resin is subjected to compression molding and the molded one is sintered at 360-480 deg.C in a mixed gas atmosphere consisting of oxygen and inert gas and containing 0.1-10% of oxygen or sintered in an inert gas atmosphere and subsequently heat-treated at 360-480 deg.C in the mixed gas atmosphere of oxygen and inert gas.
