PRODUCTION OF POLY-EPSILON-CAPROLACTONE MULTIFILAMENT

摘要

PURPOSE: To stably obtain a poly-ε-caprolactone biodegradable multifllament having qualified yarn quality/performance enough to be put to practical use as a general industrial material or material for living necessaries. CONSTITUTION: A melt-spun poly-ε-caprolactone multifilament is cooled by blowing a cooling air against it and made to travel through a cooling chimney controlled in the atmospheric temperature at <=20 deg.C and cooled completely; the resultant multifilament is then wound temporarily or without being wound, being drawn continuously, thus obtaining the objective poly-ε-caprolactone multifilament.
