PURPOSE: To provide the subject apparatus preventing the distortion of a core wire and the deformation of an uneven pattern easy to generate when a cast elastomer molding having the uneven pattern on the rear surface thereof is taken out of a mold. CONSTITUTION: In a mold apparatus wherein an inner mold 5 is fitted in an outer mold 4 having groove like parts or recessed parts and a flat part 3 locally along the circumferential direction thereof and a space part 6 filled with a cast elastomer is provided between the outer and inner molds 4, 5, at least two separated deformation preventing grooves 7 are carved in the inner peripheral surface of the outer mold 4 along the circumferential direction.
