PURPOSE: To prevent an anti-theft function from being ineffective, even if an electronic circuit unit having the anti-theft function is replaced with another electronic circuit unit without the anti-theft function. CONSTITUTION: When an antenna unit detection means 60 detects that an antenna unit 19 which is not originally connected is connected, namely, ECU 30b without an anti-theft function is attached to a vehicle to which ECU containing the anti-theft function should be connected, it commands the engine ECU 16 to forbit engine control. |
