PURPOSE: To provide a flow injection type blosensor capable of simply and separately fixing plural substrates contained in a sample to be measured thereto by installing another reactor filled with porous gel particles on the upstream side of a reactor filled with a carrier immobilizing an organism-related substance therein. CONSTITUTION: This blosensor is obtained by installing a separating column 9 which is another reactor filled with porous gel particles such as a styrene- divinylbenzene copolymer on the upstream side of a reactor 4 filled with a carrier immobilizing an organism-related substance or filling the porous gel particles on the upstream side in the reactor 4. A maltase and a glucose oxidase are used as the organism-related substances and a sample liquid containing maltose and glucose as substrates to be measured is injected from a sample injection port 3 to separate the maltpse and glucose in the separating column. The maltose is discharged in advance and the glucose is discharged behind. The concentrations, etc., of the maltose and glucose are separately displayed through a detecting part 5 and a calculating part 7 on a displaying part 8. |
