PURPOSE: To enable an operator to realize the opening and closing state of front end operating part on an operator side by constituting the treating instrument in such a manner that the moving quantity of a slider and the moving quantity of the front end operating members are equaled and that the finger engaged with a first finger hole comes into nearly tight contact with the finger engaged with a second finger hole when the front end operating members are held closed. CONSTITUTION: A movable piece 12 is driven forward and backward to open and close holding pieces 11, 12 which are the front end operating parts when the operator operates the slider 7 to slide relative to an operator part main body 4. The spacing between the first finger hole 5 and the second finger hole 8 is formed at the same size as the spacing between the stationary piece 11 and the movable piece 12. The state that the second finger hole 8 is pressed to the first finger hole 5 is attained and the fingers engaging with the second finger hole 8 and the first finger hole 5 come into nearly tight contact with each other in the state that the front end operating part 11, 12 are held closed by withdrawing the second finger hole 8 toward the first finger hole 5 side. Consequently, the operator is able to easily recognize what extent the stationary pieces 11, 12 are open from the touch of the fingers. |
