PURPOSE: To prepare a vinyl chloride resin compsn. having excellent abrasion resistance while effectively utilizing steel slag by mixing respective predetermined amts. of a vinyl chloride resin, a steel slag, and a plasticizer together to constitute this compsn. CONSTITUTION: 100 pts.wt. (hereinafter referred to as 'pts.') vinyl chloride resin (e.g. PVC) is mixed with 5 to 450 pts,. pref. 10 to 420 pts., steel slag, pref. having an average particle diameter of 1 to 100μm and a Mohs hardness of 4 to 6, still pref. having a whiteness of not less than 80 and an oil absorption of not more than 30ml/100g, and 1 to 80 pts., pref. 3 to 65 pts., filler (e.g. dioctyl phthalate) to constitute this compsn.
