PURPOSE: To enable a decorative sheet of a coating tone having a texture feeling akin to that of a natural product to be processed by V-cutting or the like by a method wherein a concealed solid printed layer and a vein pattern printed layer are successively laminated on a paper textured base in which two sheets of tissure paper are bonded to each other via a thermoplastic resin-extruded coated layer, and further a transparent ultraviolet curing resin layer is applied by a specific thickness. CONSTITUTION: A concealed solid printed layer 3, a printed layer of a pattern printed layer 4, and a transparent ultraviolet curing resin layer 5 of 15-25μm film thickness are successively provided on an upper surface of a paper textured base 2 wherein two sheets of tissue paper 21 are bonded to each other via a thermoplastic resin-extruded coated layer 22. The tissue paper 21 is architectural printing paper of 23-65g/m<2> basis weight, pure white paper, or tissue paper of which interlayer strength is reinforced by mixing a synthetic resin to make paper. A polyolefin resin such as polyethylene, polypropylene, etc., is suitable for the extruded coated layer 22. Further, for the ultraviolet curing resin layer 5, a composition wherein an acrylate monomer is suitably mixed in a prepolymer and an oligomer which have an acryloyl group is used.
