<p>PURPOSE: To provide an impingement type pneumatic pulverizing machine which prevents the degradation in pulverization efficiency by fusing and thermoplastic phenomenon and permits the use of a flat plate impingement plate having a high pulverizing property. CONSTITUTION: This impingement type pneumatic pulverizing machine has a high-pressure gas generator 1 which generates a high-pressure gas, a vortex generator 3 which rotates this high-pressure gas at a high speed, a first discharger 7 which discharges the high-temp. gas in the outer peripheral part of the vortexes generated by this generator, a second discharger 8 which discharges the low-temp. gas in the central part of the vortexes, an acceleration pipe 9 which communicates with this second discharger 8 and accelerates and transports the powder to be pulverized fed therein by the low- -temp. gas and a pulverizing chamber in which the impingement plate arranged to face the outlet side of this acceleration pipe is housed.</p> |
