SOLID LUBRICANT CAPABLE OF CONDUCTING HIGH-SPEED PRESSING, PREPARATION THEREOF, LUBRICATING COATING, AND LUBRICATED METAL PLATE

摘要

PURPOSE: To prepare a solid lubricant which can exhibit stable high lubricity in high-speed pressing even in the case of temp. variation due to friction by incorporating a particular fluororesin powder into a polyolefin resin to bring the overall average particle diameter to a predetermined one. CONSTITUTION: 0.1 to 70%, based on the total wt. of a solid lubricant, fluororesin powder 4 having an average particle diameter of not more than 1/10 of the overall average particle diameter of the solid lubricant is incorporated into a polyolefin resin 3 having a m.p. of 80 to 180 deg.C in order to bring the overall average particle diameter to 0.5 to 20μm. The solid lubricant 1 is incorporated in an amt. of 0.1 to 20% based on the total solid content of a binder resin 2 of a coating and various additives to prepare a lubricating coating having excellent high-speed press moldability.
