PURPOSE: To accelerate the mixing and stirring of garbage and a treatment medium by efficiently cutting and grinding charged large garbage. CONSTITUTION: A stirring wheel 3 is formed by stretching a large number of stirring blades 3c between the peripheral edge parts of circular side plates 3l, 3r so as to provide a predetermined interval between them in the peripheral direction of both side plates 3l, 3r and the bottom wall 2a of a treatment tank 2 is formed into a semicylindrical shape allowed to approach the stirring wheel 3 so as to be positioned along the revolving region of the stirring wheel 3. |
