<p>PURPOSE: To enable the beautiful molding of a pad crust by molding a pad skin and an upper integrally, and also, inserting lining inside the pad skin, in condition that it projects from the tip of the pad skin. CONSTITUTION: For a shoe, approximately the whole of an upper 2 is made of synthetic resin, excluding the toe box, and a pad 1 for wear opening is provided at the wear opening of the upper 2. At the wear opening, a pad skin 3 is molded integrally with the upper 2. The synthetic resin used for the molding of the upper 2 and the pad skin 3 is soft synthetic resin, and as this synthetic resin, soft vinyl chloride resin, soft urethane resin, or the like is used. The pad skin 3 is made, being curved in such shape that the center projects outward, and lining 6 is inserted inside, and they are brought close to each other. The lining 6 is inserted inside the upper 2 and inside the pad skin 3. The skin 3 lined with lining 6 made of upper 2 is hard to elongate, being reinforced with the lining 6, and the lining 6 is inserted, being extended to the section where the pad skin 3 is stitched to the pad inner skin 4.</p> |
