<p>PURPOSE: To control a feed means and a cutter in synchronous relation to detected speed by detecting the speed of a green building material without allowing force to act on the green building material when a concrete mixture is extruded from an extrusion molding machine to mold the green building material. CONSTITUTION: The green material A extruded from an extrusion molding machine 1 is irradiated with laser beam from a speed sensor 11 and the scattered beam reflected from the green material A is detected and the speed of the green material A is operated from the frequency change due to Doppler effect to generate a speed signal. At the same time, the length of the green material A is measured and, when the measured length coincides with a preset value, a cutting start signal is generated. The drive motor 25 of a conveyor C is driven on the basis of the speed signal and the feed speed of the conveyor C is made synchronous to the speed of the green material A. When the length of the green material A coincides with the preset value, the cutting start signal and the speed signal are transmitted to a cutter D to drive a cutting device 32 and, at the same time, a transfer motor 35 is driven to transfer the cutting device 32 in synchronous relation to the green material A.</p> |
