PURPOSE: To obtain the subject composition, containing at least two of an alkaline phosphatase, a creatine kinase and an alanine aminotransferase and further a specific stabilizer added thereto, excellent in solution stability, freezing preservation stability and stability after thawing. CONSTITUTION: This composition is obtained by adding saccharides (trehalose or sorbitol) as a stabilizer to an enzymic composition containing two or more of an alkaline phosphatase, a creatin kinase and an alanine aminotransferase. No deterioration in activity of any enzyme is recognized in the composition kept in a frozen state at <=-20 deg.C for at least 15 months and for at least 7 days when preserved at 2-8 deg.C after thawing. |
