PURPOSE: To improve an operation rate of a blow cavity by shortening an injection molding cycle time by cooling preforms sufficiently. CONSTITUTION: After N (N>=2) pieces of preforms are molded by injection molding at an injection molding section 14, the preforms are cooled by an injection core mold. After the preforms are cooled to a temperature with which they can be taken out, the preforms are taken out. The preforms are delivered to a receiving section 304 of a blow molding station 300 by dividing them into (N/n) times, n (1<=n<N) pieces at a time among N pieces molded simultaneously. At the blow molding station 300, the preforms are conveyed by a conveying member 330 and put in a blow molding section 310 through a heating section 306 and a standby section 308. At the blow molding section 310, n pieces of bottles 6 are molded out of n pieces of preforms simultaneously by blow molding. |
