<p>PURPOSE: To cut stock to fixed volume and to smooth cutting face so as to improve yield of heading by releasing the pressure to press one die to other die at retreating of a cutter arbor. CONSTITUTION: A cutter arbor 4 is started to advance, a releasing member 34 is advanced to be disengaged from a disk 30, a moving die 19 presses a stock (a) to a fixed die 18 by elastic force of a dish spring 25 so as to strongly to pinch between both dies 18, 19. Further, the cutter arbor 4 is advanced and then the gap between the arbor and a cutter holder 9 is gone, contact plates 10, 12 are collided. Then the cutter holder 9 is advanced to cut the projecting part of stock (a) by a round shoe cutter 36, the stock is carried to the front of a projecting pin 16, is projected from the round shoe cutter 36 by a pin 16, is carried to a heading device by a finger and is subjected to heading.</p> |
