CONSTITUTION: This pneumatic radial tire is constituted of a side wall section 3, an outer carcass ply 6B provided with fold sections 6B2 folded toward the outside from the inside in the tire axial direction around a bead core 5 at both ends of a main body section 6B1 connected to the inside in the tire axial direction of the other bead core through a tread section 2, and an inner carcass ply 6A having a radial inner end section interrupted without being folded around the bead core 5 through a side wall section 3 from the tread section 2 adjacently to the tire inside of the main body section 6B1. The tire is provided with a belt layer 7 arranged on the outside in the radial direction of a carcass 6 and inside the tread section 2 and a bead apex rubber 8 passing between the main body section 6B1 of the carcass 6 and the fold section 6B2 and extended to the outside in the radial direction from the bead core 5, and the distance Hb is made smaller than the distance Ha. |
