PURPOSE: To obtain polyester combined yarn giving woven and knit fabric having soft touch and swelling feeling with keeping stiffness and anti-drape stiffness feeling by including third component-containing copolyester high shrinkage yarn and alkali-easily soluble polyester yarn having a specific hot water shrinkage. CONSTITUTION: This combined yarn contains at least three kinds of multifilament such as (A) polyethylene terephthalate multifilament, (B) high- shrinkage polyester multifilament in which isophthalate component is copolymerized in an amount of >=2.0mol% and (C) polyester multifilament having a dissolving speed in an alkali hot aqueous solution of >=5 times larger than the multifilament A and B. Respective hot water shrinkage (%) denoted as SHW (A), SHW (B) and SHW (C) is necessary to satisfy the following formula: (1) SHW (A) <=10.0; (2) SHW (B) >=40.0; (3) SHW (A)<SHW (C) <=SHW (B). |
