PURPOSE: To provide a method of manufacturing optical disc-molding substrates being thin and having excellent transferability and small warpage, and optical discs obtained by using the molded substrates by employing transparent polycarbonate resin not obtained in conventional manner, through an injection compression molding method. CONSTITUTION: Acrylic resin is set into a molding temperature of 380-390 deg.C and a mold temperature of 120-130 deg.C, and the cramping pressure is controlled into two stages, in which the molding conditions are made for a first state of 2-40 tons and a second stage of 20-40 tons in order to mold through an injection compressing method optical discs of 1.0mm or lower in its thickness. |
