PURPOSE: To obtain a coating composition capable of giving rubber-coated fabrics free from sticky feeling, improved in feeling touch and good in sewing operability, and having blocking-preventive effect, by incorporating inorganic or organic compound powder of specific average particle size in a composition comprising a rubber component and a solvent. CONSTITUTION: This composition having the above-mentioned advantages is obtained by incorporating a rubber coating composition prepared by blending a mixture of a rubber component such as a two-component type addition reaction type liquid silicone rubber and a solvent consisting of e.g. volatile siloxane(s) of formula l (R1 is H or a monovalent hydrocarbon; (n) is an integer of 3-8) and/or formula II (R2 is H or a monovalent hydrocarbon; (m) is an integer of 0-6) with a curing agent with 10-80 pts.wt., based on 100 pts.wt. of the rubber component, of an inorganic compound such as aluminum hydroxide, mica or carbon or organic compound such as dimethylsilsesquioxane, polyamide or polyfluoroethylene 0.5-20μm in average particle diameter.
