发明名称 DAMPING DEVICE FOR VIBRATION-CONTROLLED STRUCTURE
摘要 PURPOSE: To improve performance and manufacturing efficiency of a damping device for vibration-controlled structure by improving a pressure regulating valve and to provide relief characteristics by designing the construction of the valve, as required. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of circular notches 38a are provided on the outer periphery of a main spool 35 of a pressure ragulating valve 34 at an initial opening position in the movement of the main spool 35, and a plurality of U- notches 38b are provided on the outer periphery of the main spool 35 from the initial opening position to the end of the main spool 35. The main spool 35 moves corresponding to a differential pressureΔP between a pressure P1 of a valve input port 43, and a pressure P2 of a valve output port 42. In the vicinity of the initial opening position, an opening for passage of pressure oil is provided by means of the notches 38a and 38b, and thereafter as the main spool 35 moves, area of the opening increases linearly at the U-notches 38b. The change in the area of the openings is set approximately in proportion to square root of the displacement of the spool 35, which is incorporated into a damping device for vibration-controlled stricture.
