FIELD: biotechnology, immunochemistry. SUBSTANCE: invention describes the new class of molecules binding antigens that contains Fv-fragments of antibody but does not use the constant regions of antibody. They can dimerize also with molecule fragments of other antibodies or with molecule fragments of non-antibodies with formation of bi- or multifunctional fused proteins of antibody fragment and so called mini-antibodies, respectively. New fused proteins can be used for diagnosis and in therapeutical medicine. EFFECT: improved method of antibody and protein preparing.
