FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: at a stage-by-stage assembly of standard electric illuminating lamps they are furnished with additional spare filament electric circuits; the flexible contact in the form of a plate of one of the two electrodes of the electric circuit is introduced onto the upper end face of the lamp base; by permeating the plastic electric insulating filler in the lamp base and bending them one on the other they are placed in a pack through insulating insertion spacers and pressed to the contact cap of the main electrode. The other electrode engaged through the metal base is branched out with its tags into the quantity of spare filaments. Filament circuits are switched on in turn or all at a time by removal of the insertion insulating spacers from under the flexible contacts. Electronic circuits of radio tubes and "picture tube"-type cathode-ray tubes can be assembled in the same way; their service life is determined by the emission capacity of their cathodes. It is not difficult to find the place of installation for male contacts, that can be also bend out and raised, if necessary. To arrange the main and spare cathodes of the electronic circuit in the product bulb, in the environment of earthed and control grids and even cathodes in an electron gun with provision of equivalent operating conditions is the matter of development engineers-designers, i.e. specialists in this question. EFFECT: service life can be increased by two-five and even ten times. |
