FIELD: civil engineering. SUBSTANCE: two dwellings of the complex are made of blocks of different height. The blocks are placed lengths of the dwellings. One fracture of each building axis is placed on crosswise axis of higher block. Lengthwise axes of blocks of equal height placed on both sides of higher blocks are parallel in both dwellings. Monolithic crosswise and lengthwise internal walls of a part of dwelling block form cores of stiffness. In a part of blocks discs of floors are shifted for a part of story height to form flats in two or three levels. Two-level flats in the first floor have independent entrance. All blocks of the dwellings are interconnected with corridors with stair- lift units. The dwellings are provided with reflectors of solar energy placed on outer sides of outer walls facing each other in two dwellings. Solar energy reflectors are adjustable, and of diffusion, diffusion-directed, or directed type. Solar energy collectors are coincided with structures of roofs, walls and/or enclosures of balcony.
