SUBSTANCE: invention concerns area associated with cleaning liquids from various-type impurities and can be used in installations for treating waste waters with aid of activated sludge both in aerobic and anaerobic conditions. Apparatus contains casing with bottom, circulation tube with opened upper and lower ends, and aspirator made in the form of a tube installed coaxially with circulation tube and joined with it with holders, lower end of circulation tube being installed over bottom of casing in spaced relation to it. EFFECT: increased waste water treatment productivity due to enhanced efficiency of vitality of microorganisms.
