FIELD: medicine, vaccine production. SUBSTANCE: patients were given vaccinotherapy using mixed vaccine consisting of antigens of Klebsiella pneumonia, Proteus, Staphylococcus and Escherichia coli. Vaccine can be used by subcutaneously route and also by combined intranasal-subcutaneous and intranasal-oral routes. Proposed vaccinotherapy using this mixed vaccine provides decrease of frequency and severity of relapses course, decreased level of drug consumption (antibiotics, sympathomimetics, hormones). Mixed vaccine provides good effect in 70-80% patient suffering with chronic bronchitis, infection-dependent form of bronchial asthma. EFFECT: making mixed vaccine, enhanced effectiveness and prophylaxis in chronic inflammatory diseases. |
