FIELD: food processing industry, equipment for crystallization and mixing of different substances of increased viscosity. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has increased reliability and serviceability, improved circulation of solution, increased speed of mixing of crystals in respect to mother liquor, accelerated process of crystallization and mixing, uniformity of granulated composition, decreased power costs. Apparatus for crystallization and mixing has body provided with tube-shaft with solid multiple-thread worm feeder of variable step decreasing towards perforated upper part of cylindrical shell with telescopic cylindrical centering piston, that is flexibly linked in its upper part with body. In the case flight of one of multiple-thread screw lines in upper part of warm feeder is made open. Tube-shaft with blades is mounted in cylindrical shell with clearance. Lower part of shell has branch pipe located over bottom. One side of it has beading and another one is made as part of diffuser and is located over beginning of worm feeder blade. EFFECT: apparatus has increased reliability and serviceability, increased speed of mixing and decreased power consumption. |
