FIELD: measuring technique. SUBSTANCE: a motor provides cyclic lengthwise motion of a sample through adjusted in longitudinal direction central openings of a pair of hollow electrodes. One electrode is connected with a Faraday cage, electrically screening the electrodes and the sample. The other electrode is electrically insulated from the Faraday cage. According to a preferable variant of the invention the Faraday cage provides a fluid-tight sealing of hollow electrodes against harmful action of environment. An electric measuring device is connected with two hollow electrodes for measuring induced transfer of charge or potential difference upon cyclic motion of the sample forwards and backwards between cavities of two electrodes. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of measurement.
