FIELD: building industry, building structures monolithic concrete, industrial production of monolithic concrete building structures members. SUBSTANCE: method provides for preparation of concrete mixture, its laying in moulds, moulded pieces preliminary curing, ultrasonic action during preliminary curing, that is exercised by oscillations formed by system of electroacoustic emitters and spreading inside volume of pieces. In the case ultrasonic oscillations are modulated by frequency with relative deviation of 0.02 -0.2 and modulation frequency of 10 - 500 Hz with following curing of pieces and their dismantle. Method also provides for usage of three depending ways, in accordance to which production of pieces is exercised: under ultrasonic oscillations action in pulse mode; with realization of adjustment of working frequency of ultrasonic oscillations, that act on pieces; during ultrasonic oscillations action on pieces through matched sound transparent medium. Usage of the method allows exclude from the process operations of concrete mixture consolidation, thermal humidity treatment (curing by steam) of moulded pieces, so to decrease total time period of pieces production and to decrease power consumption and also provides increase of strength and improvement of quality of concrete and reinforced concrete pieces. EFFECT: decreased duration of process, power consumption, increased quality and strength of pieces surface. |
