FIELD: manufacture of posistors used in temperature and electric power automatic monitoring and control systems. SUBSTANCE: material is obtained by way of sintering of crystal powder of barium titanate with a comparatively high content of impurities, synthesized from BaCOand TiOof the "pure" and "pure for analysis" qualification, respectively, and glass powder of the following composition, mass percent: 8.1 to 9.7 of BO32.7 to 33.8 of BaO, 39.2 to 48.0 of PO, 8.5 to 20.0 of WO; semiconductor ceramic material contains, mass percent: - crystal powder of barium titanate - 91.7 to 97.5 - glass powder - 2.5 to 8.3, and after introduction of glass the content of WOin the material makes up 0.5 to 0.7 mass percent. EFFECT: reduced cost of semiconductor posistors based on barium titanate with preservation of high electric characteristics. |
