FIELD: abrasive treatment, polishing compositions, that have abrasive or comminuted agents and that are used for finishing treatment of precision surfaces by free abrasive, during decorating treatment of details metal, alloy surfaces and electrodepositing by silver, gold, nickel, chrome in optical and mechanical industry, jewellery industry, machine-tool industry and other branches of industry. SUBSTANCE: innovation is improvement of innovation protected by the USSR patent No 1799392. Substance of the innovation is that to reduce share of chromium trioxide in polishing mixture it is chemically bound by sodium lignosulfate introduced in mixture composition in amount of 0.05 - 8.50 mass % with corresponding decrease of water.
