In addition device has interface units which number is equal to number of users and which have routing unit, starting and dialing unit, subtraction unit, call receiver, decoupling unit, first and second oscillators of tonal signal, first and second receivers of tonal signals, control unit. In addition device has 2N switching gates where N is number of circuits (channels) of trunk cable.
