FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: compounds having formula Ior their salts together with agent for inhibition of cell adhesion are proposed as antithrombic agent. Said agent may be used orally. In mentioned above formula I A represents amidino group or alternatively substituted aminoethyl; Rrepresents radical being chosen of group which includes nitro group, atom of halogen, lower alkenyl group, lower alkynyl group, lower alkyloxy carbonyl group or group having formula OR, where Ris atom of hydrogen or lower alkyl group, lower alkenyl group, lower alkynyl group, lower alkanoyl group, carbamoyl group or methane sulfonyl group, each of these groups may be substituted; Rand Rrepresent atom of hydrogen, hydroxyl group, lower alkoxyl group or atom of halogen respectively; X represents hydroxyl group, p-hydroxyphenyl group or alternatively esterified or amidated carboxyl group; Y represents alternatively esterified or amidated carboxyl group and n=1 or 2.
